Beginning June 1st, TransNet is launching a major upgrade to its transportation software. This improvement will centralize trip reservations, scheduling and dispatching into our Blue Bell office. The new state-of-the-art software will provide fully automated trip scheduling and dispatching with the ultimate goal of improving service efficiency and decreasing rider waiting time.
TransNet is very excited at the prospect of maximizing technology to enhance our customer's traveling experience. The new software will also enable us to pinpoint the location of each vehicle in real time.
We ask our customers to be patient during the initial stages of this transition as we make adjustments to the new system.
As of May 21st, our trip reservation phone lines will be open from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
