Call Center / Customer Service Positions
Must have stellar phone skills, upbeat personality, good organizational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Duties include but are not limited to: Taking trip reservations, answering calls professionally, responding to customer inquiries, entering customer information into database. Knowledge of Montgomery County and customer service experience a plus.
Schedulers
Must be able to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Experience with paratransit scheduling software and knowledge of Montgomery County required. Must be willing to work flexible hours.
Trainer
Must have good organizational skills, superior cummunication skills, and leadership qualities. Experience in the field of Risk Management and driver training is required. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Driver and staff training, quality assurance monitoring, vehicle maintenance oversight and development of new training materials.
