It is our goal to provide you with transportation that is safe, reliable and easy to use.  To help us measure our success, TransNet is interested in your feedback through one or all of our tools, including a driver commendation form, complaint initiation form, on-line customer satisfaction survey or by completing a customer comment card available in each of our vehicles.
