Meet the Board of Directors: Roman Pronczak, Whitpain Township Manager

Roman Pronczak, Whitpain Township Manager, has been a member of the TransNet Board of Directors for over two years and is currently the Secretary/Treasurer. He assists the President and Vice President in leading the Board of Directors in executive and financial matters and decisions, and signs disbursements as necessary. He also serves on the Finance Committee, Investment Committee, and Information Technology Committee. Roman discusses the importance of TransNet, "TransNet provides an essential service to residents of Montgomery County who otherwise would not have transportation options. Because of TransNet, seniors and people with disabilities have access to transportation that links them with medical service, education, and employment."

Roman said there seems to be less and less free time every day, but what time he does get is spent enjoying his grandchildren and their families, fishing, and watching hockey.
