Apply to Participate in TransNet's Shared Ride Program

Please provide the information requested below and attached proof of age. Acceptable forms of ID include a copy of your birth certificate or baptismal certificate, a driver’s license, or other government-issued ID. Medicare cards are NOT accepted as proof of age.
 

Once received, we will send you a personalized rider ID card by mail. The card must be presented to the driver each time you ride with TransNet.
