Rich Swoger, Fiscal Administrator at Montgomery County Office of Aging and Adult Services, has been a member

of the TransNet Board of Directors for 2 years and is a member of the Marketing Committee and Sustainability Committee. His current responsibilities at the Montgomery County Office of Aging and Adult Services include being in charge of all accounting and contracting functions of the agency. Rich says, "Transportation for seniors is one of the biggest challenges that they face. To be involved in TransNet allows me to gain insight into how to better serve our consumers as they continue to maintain their independence."

During Rich's free time, he enjoys watching tv with his wife and going to antique stores together, especially in Phoenixville.
