Meet the Board of Directors: Kathy Rusch, District Office Manager for State Representative Kate Harp

Kathy Rusch, District Office Manager for State Representative Kate Harper, has been a member of the TransNet Board of Directors for six years! Along with attending and participating in all Board of Directors meetings, she is also responsible for Kate Harper's outreach planning, communications, and operations of the district office. As a state representative, Kate Harper ensures the delivery of the highest level of constituent services.

Kathy expresses her support of TransNet by stating, "TransNet provides a vital service to our seniors and persons with disabilities. The importance of being independent and mobile is sometimes lost on those of us who can get around without a second thought. Being a part of the organization that provides this service is a great way to serve our community."

Kathy is a mother of four children and two Chihuahuas! She enjoys camping and traveling with her husband during her "free" time.
